Guidelines

• 10% Discount for Good Sam, AAA, FMCA, AARP for rate only, cannot combine with other discounts.
• Monthly guests will be billed for monthly electric usage. A $100 deposit is required at check in for monthly and will be applied to guests final electric bill.
• All monthly units must be RVIA certified. No window A/C window units are allowed.
• No dogs that are considered vicious breeds are allowed-i.e. Rottweilers, Pit Bulls & Dobermans.
• Rates listed are for the first 2 persons, children under 8 are free.
• Additional overnight guests $3.00/day. Additional Monthly Guests $30.00/month.
• Check in time: 1:00pm, Check out time: Noon.
  
  

Reservation/Cancellation policy:

• A $25 deposit is required at time of reservation for daily & weekly stays.
• No refunds given for early departure.
• A $15.00 fee applies to cancellations outside of 72 hours of arrival date.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival date, a fee equal to one day's camping fee for the type of site selected will apply.
