Premium Concrete Sites $395.00 per Month plus Electricity.  These premium sites are limited.  All sites require an advance reservation.

The following conditions apply to these rates

Based on Four People  / Additional People (up to six total) are $3.00 per person daily or weekly.
Additional persons are $30 per month.  Monthly guests are required to pay electric fees in the amount of $0.15 per KWH, a $40.00 electric deposit is due at check-in and will be refunded on the final bill.

Weekly guests are limited to a 3 week stay. 

 We recognize and give a 10% discount to most Rv Clubs, and associations, as well as Military, and AARP members.
